Heeley Trust currently has four Link Workers – Maxine, Matthew, Jenna and Ben.
Link Workers give people time, focusing on what matters to them using a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. They connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.
They receive referrals from GP practices in the Heeley Plus Primary Care Network and from other local agencies. They also accept self referrals from those who live locally.
